In order to deliver high-quality products to customers, senior technical experts from Vertiv and 21Vianet conducted multi-day intensive factory inspections in national standard laboratories to test product strength and jointly witnessed as many as 35 rigorous quality performance tests.

The factory inspection base is located in the Vertiv factory in Jiangmen, Guangdong. It has a 600kW ultra-large cooling capacity multifunctional enthalpy difference laboratory with rich experience in product line R&D and testing. Its factory inspection service has been well received by many customers, including well-known companies such as Microsoft, Tencent, Alibaba, and Google. The senior technical teams of both parties strictly control the quality.

A comprehensive "physical examination" of the product, from appearance craftsmanship to internal structure, from performance indicators to safety assurance, every small detail of every testing link is not overlooked to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the test result data. The actual test covers the following aspects: CLF and performance, mode switching, extreme temperature, group control simulation, spray efficiency mode, process configuration inspection, a total of 35 rigorous tests, and fully meet the prototype test requirements.

Vertiv™ Liebert® DA is not afraid of extreme climates and has uncompromising reliability. Actual measurements show that: -20°C low temperature and severe cold, +40°C high temperature and scorching heat can ensure that business is running smoothly online. The differentiated technology is remarkable, and the mode switching is smooth and stable. Actual measurements show that it can automatically switch modes according to the outdoor environment and indoor load conditions, realizing that every cooling operation fully utilizes the natural cold source, and the supply air temperature fluctuation is extremely low. Does not exceed +1/-3℃, ensuring constant temperature cooling of the computer room. Trusted ultra-low PUE, far exceeding the industry level, hybrid dual-engine high energy efficiency design, factory inspection results show that the cooling load factor CLF value is as low as 0.074, which is 15%+ lower than customer demand, confirming its excellent cooling effect.
