The rectifier in the NetSure731A41-S2 utilizes active power factor correction (PFC) technology, delivering an impressive power factor of up to 0.99. This contributes to a more efficient and environmentally friendly operation. It is capable of operating within a wide AC input voltage range from 85Vac to 300Vac, ensuring compatibility with diverse power supply environments. The use of soft switching technology enables the rectifier to achieve a conversion efficiency exceeding 95.5%, which significantly reduces energy loss and operating costs.

The rectifier is designed with ultra-low electromagnetic radiation. Through advanced EMC design, it complies with international standards such as CE, NEBS, and YD/T983, achieving Class B performance in both conducted and radiated emissions. Furthermore, its safety design aligns with UL, CE, and NEBS certifications, ensuring secure operation in various deployment scenarios.

High power density is another hallmark of the rectifier, allowing for compact and space-saving installations. The hot-swappable capability of the rectifier enables swift replacement, under one minute, without interrupting the system's operation. To enhance system reliability, the rectifier offers two overvoltage protection mechanisms: hardware-based protection and software-based protection. The software protection includes two selectable modes: lockout on first overvoltage and lockout on second overvoltage, giving users flexibility in system response strategies.

The controller module plays a crucial role in battery management, supporting a range of intelligent features such as battery low voltage disconnect (BLVD), temperature compensation, automatic voltage regulation, stepless current limiting, battery capacity estimation, and online battery testing. Historical alarm logging is robust, with M221S/M222S controllers supporting up to 200 historical alarms and 1000 data records, while the M225S controller supports 200 historical alarms and 512 data records. Additionally, the system can store up to 10 sets of battery test results for future reference and analysis.

The NetSure731A41-S2 power system is designed with a network-based architecture and supports multiple communication interfaces, including RS232, modem, and dry contacts, enabling flexible network integration and remote monitoring. Both the AC and DC sides of the power system are equipped with comprehensive lightning protection, enhancing system resilience against power surges and transient events.

To further ensure operational safety, the power system incorporates extensive fault protection and alarm functions. A unique “controller power-down” control mechanism safeguards batteries in unattended indoor or outdoor installations by preventing deep discharge during power outages.
