The NetSure731A41-S2 is a highly advanced power system that integrates a power distribution module, rectifier module, and controller module to deliver reliable and efficient power management for critical infrastructure. Designed to meet international standards, the NetSure731A41-S2 stands out with several technical advantages that ensure operational stability and efficiency.
A core feature of the NetSure731A41-S2 is its rectifier technology, which incorporates active power factor correction (PFC), achieving a high power factor of up to 0.99. This contributes to reduced harmonic distortion and improved energy efficiency. Moreover, the rectifier uses soft switching technology, pushing its efficiency to over 95.5%. With ultra-low radiation characteristics and advanced EMC design, the system complies with CE, NEBS, and YD/T983 standards, with both conducted and radiated emissions reaching Class B levels.
The system operates effectively within a wide AC input voltage range of 85Vac to 300Vac, making it adaptable to fluctuating power environments. The rectifier is built with a high power density structure and supports hot-swapping, allowing replacement in less than one minute without interrupting system operation. Additionally, it offers dual overvoltage protection modes—hardware-based and software-based—with options for first-lock and second-lock overvoltage strategies.
The controller module of the NetSure731A41-S2 features comprehensive battery management capabilities. These include BLVD, temperature compensation, automatic voltage regulation, stepless current limiting, battery capacity estimation, and online battery testing. Data logging is robust; the M221S/M222S controller supports 200 alarm records and 1000 historical data entries, while the M225S controller supports 200 alarms and 512 data entries. Up to ten sets of battery test data can be stored for diagnostic and maintenance purposes.
The NetSure731A41-S2 employs a network-based design, offering multiple communication interfaces such as RS232, modem, and dry contact for flexible networking and remote monitoring. It also features comprehensive lightning protection on both the AC and DC sides, alongside advanced fault protection and alarm functionalities.
One of the system’s standout features is its “controller power-down” control mode, which is especially beneficial for unattended indoor or outdoor facilities. In the event of a power failure, the system protects the battery from deep discharge, ensuring long-term battery health and reducing maintenance costs.
