Multi-station integration is based on the layout of transmission, transformation and distribution facilities of substations. According to the data processing needs, energy demand and land conditions of substations in surrounding areas, it realizes the integrated layout of modular functional stations such as smart substations, data centers, energy storage power stations and electric vehicle charging stations in accordance with local conditions. With the increasing number of multi-station integration applications, the types of load devices used are increasing, and different load devices have different requirements for power supply. For example, high-voltage switch operation, relay protection, accident power supply, etc. require DC 220V power supply, electric energy billing system, image monitoring, fault recording, etc. require AC 220V power supply, and communication switches, communication and network equipment require DC 48V power supply. In order to meet the needs of power supply diversity for various load devices in multi-station integration, Vertiv provides AC/DC integrated cabinet solutions, which can simultaneously provide three different voltage modes of DC220V (DC110V), DC48V, and AC220V to power different load devices.

State Grid Hunan Baiguan 220kV Smart Energy Station Multi-station Integration Project
Project Requirements
- 1. A T3 data center was built at Chengjia 220kV Smart Energy Station; a modular data center was used to build a computer room. A total of 3 micro-modules were built in this phase, and 10 micro-modules were built in the final phase.
- 2. Each IT micromodule has 19 IT equipment cabinets (one of which is used as a network aggregation cabinet), with a power density of 10kW/cabinet
