Vertiv Geist GU2 series IP full function PDU
Geist rack PDU provides the perfect solution for IT equipment end distribution. The new generation rPDU has higher availability in the industry and more intelligent power monitoring and distribution functions (simplifying energy management, designing to meet future needs, and saving costs) to ensure that your data center and business can operate more efficiently.
Vertiv GU2 rPDUs provide the ability to monitor data locally/remotely and remotely control a single power outlet, allowing for remote troubleshooting of problematic devices. The power supply can be restarted, enabled, disabled, and monitored. Equipped with U-Lock cable anti detachment device and socket level status LED lights, it is also possible to upgrade low-level GR2/GS2 to high-level GU2 by purchasing a license.
Avoid potential circuit overload and remote current measurement and monitoring of connected loads.
Support sequential power up to avoid high current surges, while ensuring that IT equipment is started according to the system's required priority level.
Remote restart of the power socket allows the system to be restored to normal through remote restart when IT equipment is found to be down.
